These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the CamperStylz website and the purchase of products from CamperStylz.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

CamperStylz is a UK-based business creating made-to-order campervan mats, personalised mats and custom camper accessories.

Our products

We sell campervan mats and related products, including standard designs, personalised designs, custom colour mats, photo upload mats and custom van illustration mats.

All mats are made to order.

Product images are for illustration purposes. We do our best to show colours, sizes and details accurately, but colours may appear slightly different in print due to screen settings, brightness, material texture and the printing process.

Ordering

When you place an order, you are responsible for making sure all information provided is accurate.

This includes:

• Product choice

• Mat size

• Delivery address

• Personalisation details

• Van names and spellings

• Colour choices

• Uploaded images

• Order notes and custom instructions

Please check your order carefully before completing checkout.

Order acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

This confirms that we have received your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an issue with payment, stock, production, pricing, product information, or if the order contains content we are unable or unwilling to produce.

If we need to cancel your order, we will contact you and arrange a refund where appropriate.

Made-to-order products

All CamperStylz mats are made to order.

Our usual production time is 3 to 5 working days.

Personalised and custom-made products usually begin production within 48 hours of the order being placed.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Personalised and custom-made products

The following products are treated as personalised or custom-made:

• Sunbeam van name mats

• Custom block colour mats

• Personalised photo mats

• Custom van illustration mats

• Any product made using your chosen name, wording, uploaded image, colour choice, or custom instructions

Personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Please make sure all personalisation details are correct before placing your order.

Two Tone mats

Standard Two Tone mats from our listed colour combinations are not treated as personalised unless customer-specific changes are requested.

If a Two Tone mat is ordered as a standard product, it may be returned under our standard returns policy, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

Uploaded images and customer content

If you upload an image or provide artwork for us to print, you confirm that you own the image or have permission to use it.

You must not upload images, artwork or content that is unlawful, offensive, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, pornographic, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that includes content we believe is unsuitable or that may infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights.

We are not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution, blurry, compressed or unsuitable images supplied by the customer.

Image quality and cropping

For Personalised Photo Mats and uploaded image products, customers are responsible for supplying images suitable for the chosen mat size.

Wide mats work best with wide landscape images. Square or near-square mats work best with square or near-square images.

If your uploaded image does not match the shape of the mat, cropping may be required. Important details, faces, text or logos should not be placed too close to the edge of the image.

Artwork proofs

We do not provide artwork proofs as standard before printing.

Please check all details carefully before placing your order.

If we notice an obvious issue, we may contact you before production, but this is not guaranteed.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.

Payment is required at checkout.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Payment may be processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other payment methods shown at checkout.

Delivery

We ship to the UK and worldwide.

UK orders are usually sent by Royal Mail.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by delays outside our control, including postal delays, strikes, customs, busy seasonal periods or severe weather.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes or charges that may apply in their country.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Standard, non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for non-faulty items.

Personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty, damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, details of the issue and clear photos showing the problem.

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, or the item is faulty or damaged on arrival, we will arrange a suitable solution.

Intellectual property

All CamperStylz designs, product images, website text, branding, logos and artwork created by us remain the property of CamperStylz unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You must not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute or use our designs, branding, images or content without permission.

Customer-supplied images remain the property of the customer or the rightful owner. By uploading an image, you give us permission to use it for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your order.

Website use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage the website, interfere with other users, or affect the operation of our business.

We may update, change or remove website content at any time.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to provide accurate information and high-quality products.

We are not responsible for losses caused by:

• Customer spelling mistakes or incorrect personalisation details

• Poor-quality uploaded images

• Incorrect colour choices

• Incorrect delivery information

• Delays outside our control

• Slight colour variation between screen and print

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse of the product

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version published on our website at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
