We want you to be happy with your order, so please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing an order.

Standard, non-personalised items

For standard, non-personalised items, you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to contact us and request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in suitable packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for non-faulty items.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Personalised and custom-made items

Many CamperStylz products are made to order and/or personalised to your chosen details. Personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to an error made by us.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sunbeam van name mats

• Custom block colour mats

• Personalised photo mats

• Custom van illustration mats

• Any product made using your chosen name, wording, uploaded image, colour choice, or custom instructions

Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos showing the fault, damage, or incorrect item

• Photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, or the item is faulty or damaged on arrival, we will arrange a suitable solution. This may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Colour and print variation

Please note that printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to screen settings, brightness, material texture, and the printing process.

Small colour differences are not classed as faults unless there has been a clear production error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
