At CamperStylz, many of our products are made to order and personalised using the details supplied by the customer.
Please read this policy carefully before placing a personalised or custom order.
Personalised and custom-made products
The following products are treated as personalised or custom-made:

Any product made using your chosen name, wording, uploaded image, colour choice, or custom instructions
These items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to an error made by us.
Customer responsibility
When placing a personalised order, please make sure all details are correct before checkout.
This includes:

Any notes or custom requests
We will produce your order using the information provided at the time of ordering.
We are not responsible for mistakes entered by the customer, including spelling errors, incorrect names, poor-quality uploaded images, wrong colour selections, or choosing the wrong mat size.
Production times
Personalised and made-to-order products usually begin production within 48 hours of your order being placed.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Proofs and artwork approval
We do not provide artwork proofs as standard before printing.
Please make sure all information, spelling, images, and colour choices are correct before submitting your order.
If we notice an obvious issue with your order, we may contact you before production, but this is not guaranteed.
Uploaded images
For products where you upload your own image, please make sure the image is high quality and suitable for the mat size selected.
Wide mats work best with wide landscape images. Square or near-square mats work best with square or near-square images.
If your uploaded image does not match the shape of the mat, cropping may be required. Please make sure important details, faces, text, or logos are not too close to the edges.
By uploading an image, you confirm that you own the image or have permission to use it.
Colours
We will produce your order using the colours selected or supplied by you.
Please note that printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to screen settings, brightness, material texture, and the printing process.
Colour differences caused by screen display or print process variation are not treated as faults unless there has been a clear production error.
Custom block colour mats
Custom block colour mats are made using your selected colour from our CamperStylz colour chart. As these are made to your chosen colour, they are treated as custom-made products.
